Volunteer Training Day - Wellington

Been to one of our information evenings and keen to dip your toes in the world of volunteering? Wanting to brush up on your snorkeling skills before the Summer season? Keen to meet the team or other volunteers you'll be working with in the future?🌊

Join the Mountains to Sea Wellington team as they run you through all the skills and information you'll need to jump head first the water and start volunteering! This training day will cover an event day from start to finish, take you through all the required roles and responsibilities, and you'll even get suited up yourself for a snorkeling practice run 🤿

All you need is your togs and a positive attitude! We'll give you a wetsuit, fins, and snorkel mask. If you're a land lubber and wanting to keep high and dry, we'll have plenty for you to help with on the beach. Whilst this is not required to become a volunteer for Mountains to Sea Wellington, it is recommended. 🐬
